Direct Billing
If you have coverage and your plan allows for direct billing, we may be able to direct bill to your company (see below for what and who we can direct bill). If your company is not listed, we will provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance.
**Please note: due to any potential issues beyond our control where your insurance company denies our attempt to direct bill, we kindly ask you to please be prepared to pay for the full appointment cost at the time of your appointment.
