Marie Tower
Marie is a believer in “the journey.” Through her own struggles with health, weight and the stressors of parenting, divorce and experiences supporting her mother’s 21 year battle with breast cancer, Marie discovered the power of proper nutrition in maintaining her own best health. She graduated from The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Nova Scotia with an Award of Merit, and the highest marks in both graduating classes.
She teaches clients how to take their health into their own hands, giving the steps to take and choices to make to improve energy, feel great and find joy in their lives again. It makes her day to hear a client say they have never felt better, had more energy, or enjoyed life as much. She lives their excitement as they tell me they fit into a pair of jeans they haven’t worn in 3 years, or as they run around the playground with their kids for an hour without any trouble for the first time!
Life is busy, but when you give your body the tools it needs, it is amazing what happens!
